HOW TO BOOK

Individual Booking

Please book from the individual booking form.
In the case of any changes or cancels, please let us know from same form or email or phone as soon as possible.
We would like to ask you for paying when you check-in or transfer money to our bank before your arrival.

Booking of a group over 10 people

Please book from the group booking form.
In the case of any changes or cancels, please let us know from same form or email or phone as soon as possible.
We have 3 different kinds of conference rooms. The largest conference room’s capacity is about 100 people.
Those conference rooms are good to use for youth organization, sports group, group of school, NPO, NGO, etc.
We don’t allow groups to bring foods and drinks into YH.
We can prepare a party, drinks ( juice, alcohols, etc.) fits your budget.

Notice

Booking	Acceptable
Accommodation ( less 10 people)	before 3 months
Accommodation + Conference room( less 29 people )	before 6 months
Accommodation + Conference room ( over 30 people )	before 1 year
We would like to ask you for paying when you check-in or transfer money to our bank before your arrival. The cancellation charge will charge you after 30 days from your arrival day.　Information about the cancellation charge is HERE. As for a group over 10 people, we would like to ask you for paying 10 % deposit of total price ( The price of meals are not included ) to our bank. ( We will send you a confirmation form by email or fax soon. ) When we confirm your transfer your booking has done. If we can’t confirm your transfer by the deadline your booking will be canceled. When the group check-In, please pay the balance. You can also transfer the total price to our bank in advance.
